Practice news: Retirement notice
Dr James Graham will be retiring on Dec 31st 2020.
For the past 30 years he has cared for patients and their families at Green Lane Medical Centre.
Throughout this time he has helped guide the practice through the been many changes at Green Lane and in the NHS. These have included creating a purpose-built Surgery an the changing role of the GP.
Over his career he has cared for thousands of patients with kindness and compassion, and in his role as a GP trainer has nurtured dozens of new doctors who have benefitted from his wisdom and support. Dr Graham has also been active as a senior GP in the city supporting other doctors across Liverpool by being a member of the Local Medical Committee and more recently holding the role of Chair.
He will be missed by patients, staff and his many colleagues, and we are united in wishing him a long and happy retirement. For his part, Dr Graham says hopes to be able to spend more time on his hobbies which include pottery, gardening and fishing.
